  • People outlast projects

    Years later I remember the people I worked with more clearly than any single deliverable. Building the team — and real relationships — comes first. In a strong team of people, we simply do more, and do it better.

  • Family and personal time

    Home matters. So do the things that reset me: sport fishing, cycling, swimming, enjoying nature.

  • Hard problems are fuel

    A crisis or a tough task is not something to dodge — it is a chance to test myself, prove I can handle it, and keep moving forward instead of standing still.

  1. School & university 2006–2010

    Economics and Management at Belorussian University — graduated with honors. That education made me a professional. Applied computer science was part of the same managerial path.

  2. Learning by doing from 2007

    Real projects taught more than any classroom — money, contracts, people, and delivery.

  3. English from 2015

    Opened the door to international work and tech.

  4. Programming from 2017

    A deliberate second craft — I chose Odoo as the bridge between business and code, so my economics background could work inside high tech.

  5. Hebrew from 2021

    Home language for life and work in Israel.

  6. AI · LLM Engineer from 2025

    Generative AI and LLM engineering — the next craft on top of backend and leadership experience.
